Returns policy 

You can return your item/s to us for a full refund (postage paid not included) for any reason along as the goods are still in the original packaging and have not been used. You must inform us of this within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. 

Faulty returns 

If the buyer considers that any item/s are faulty or not as ordered they must contact us within 3 working days of delivery to notify us of the problem. Items will need to be packaged and shipped back to us for inspection. Any item proved to our satisfaction to be faulty by reason of defective material or workmanship will be replaced or the cost of the item refunded. 

Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Terms and Conditions 

All terms, Conditions, warranties implied or expressed made by Northern Parts or its servants, agents or otherwise relating to the quality and/or fitness for the purpose of the goods or any of the goods are excluded.

Goods that are supplied correctly and have been returned to us for a refund will only be credited at the purchase cost of the item. We will not refund postage costs incurred to return the item or any original postage costs. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all returned products are insured to cover the full value and are packed to a good standard so as not to get damaged in transit. Refunds will not be made it the goods are damaged in this way on return.

Refunds of carriage costs if applicable, on returned items will be limited to the amount that we would incur in sending the item.

Goods that appear to have been damaged in transit must been signed for and all packaging and material kept as evidence. 

Other than specified in these terms and condition, we will accept no liability for direct, consequential, or any other loss arising from the supply by Northern Parts of any goods, All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers/UK importers and are subject to terms contained therein. Purchasers are reminded to complete all warranty card applications upon receipt. 

These terms and conditions will supersede any other sought to be imposed by a purchaser or third party.

This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales, and all disputes arising out of the contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Any specialist parts purchased that are supplied for performance and competition use will be subjected to high levels of stress and heat whilst being used. The life expectancy and durability will be highly reduced, and the consumer should note that claims for wear and tear shall not be accepted by Northern Parts and will not be relevant to the sales of goods act 1979. Please note that some manufacturers may also limit guarantees when parts are fitted for competition or performance use. It is the consumers responsibility to ensure the item purchased is for the use it is intended for. Most performance parts are designed for off road or competition use only.
