We will ship all items ordered and paid for within 1 working day. Our shipping partners aim to deliver all items within the specified delivery time. However delays  can occur due to busy periods, weather conditions and internal issues. 

We Ship most items with Royal Mail using Tracked 24. A tracking number will be provided and you will be able to track your item through the network on Royal mails Website.

A - Yes, we make sure all items are packaged securely

Q- Where is my parcel? 

A- If you parcel has not arrived within the specified time, you can track to see where your parcel has last been scanned by the courier using your tracking number. You can Contact us if you need us to help with this. 

Q - Can you ship my item quicker? 

A - Yes we can ship items quicker using next day delivery (Orders before 3pm) at an additional cost. These items are Guaranteed next day by 1pm.
